• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.
Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
• Million Los Angeles by MI’AY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
• Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product.
Any replacement approval is at the sole discretion of Million Los Angeles by MI’AY and does not constitute a refund or return.
