Million Los Angeles – Return, Refund & Shipping Protection Policy
Effective Date: Immediately upon date of purchase
Million Los Angeles provides high-quality designer apparel through limited releases. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the brand from fraud, chargeback abuse, and misuse of payment systems, while maintaining clear, transparent expectations for all customers.
By completing a purchase with Million Los Angeles, the customer expressly agrees to all terms outlined below, without exception.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS
Million Los Angeles operates under a strict no-refund policy.

Style preference changes

Failure to read product descriptions

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Customers are encouraged to carefully review:

3. SHIPPING GUARANTEE (DELIVERY PROTECTION)
Although refunds are not offered under any circumstances, Million Los Angeles guarantees shipment and delivery confirmation of all orders.
3.1 Lost Packages
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier after investigation:

Million Los Angeles will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to inventory availability.

If the item is no longer available, a store credit equal to the original purchase amount (excluding shipping) will be issued.
3.2 Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer, and Million Los Angeles is not liable for theft, loss, or misplacement.

Customers are advised to ship to secure locations.

Claims of stolen packages may require:

A police report

Carrier investigation

We reserve the right to deny replacement if theft claims show signs of fraud or repeated abuse.
3.3 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement or credit.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives materially damaged or defective:

The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROOF OF DELIVERY

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes full and successful fulfillment of the order by Million Los Angeles.
7. STORE CREDIT POLICY
Where applicable, store credit:

8. POLICY ABUSE
Million Los Angeles reserves the right to:

Cancel future orders
