Million Los Angeles – Return, Refund & Shipping Protection Policy

Effective Date: Immediately upon date of purchase

Million Los Angeles provides high-quality designer apparel through limited releases. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the brand from fraud, chargeback abuse, and misuse of payment systems, while maintaining clear, transparent expectations for all customers.

By completing a purchase with Million Los Angeles, the customer expressly agrees to all terms outlined below, without exception.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

Million Los Angeles operates under a strict no-refund policy.

• All purchases are final sale.

• We do not offer refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Style preference changes

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier issues (covered separately below)

This policy is essential to maintaining fair pricing, limited production runs, and protection against fraudulent disputes and chargebacks.

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

• Sizing issues

• Fit preferences

• Color variations due to screen display differences

• Promotional or discounted items

Customers are encouraged to carefully review:

• Size charts

• Product descriptions

• Material details

• Model sizing references (when provided)

before completing a purchase.

3. SHIPPING GUARANTEE (DELIVERY PROTECTION)

Although refunds are not offered under any circumstances, Million Los Angeles guarantees shipment and delivery confirmation of all orders.

3.1 Lost Packages

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier after investigation:

• Million Los Angeles will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to inventory availability.

• If the item is no longer available, a store credit equal to the original purchase amount (excluding shipping) will be issued.

3.2 Stolen Packages

• Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer, and Million Los Angeles is not liable for theft, loss, or misplacement.

• Customers are advised to ship to secure locations.

• Claims of stolen packages may require:

  • A police report

  • Carrier investigation

We reserve the right to deny replacement if theft claims show signs of fraud or repeated abuse.

3.3 Incorrect Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

• Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement or credit.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives materially damaged or defective:

• The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• The email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damage/defect

  • Photos of original packaging

Resolution:

• If approved, we will provide a replacement item.

• If the item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

To protect Million Los Angeles from fraudulent activity:

• All orders are screened for fraud using automated and manual verification systems.

• Orders flagged as high-risk may be:

  • Delayed for verification

  • Canceled without notice

5.1 Chargebacks

Customers expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals for:

• Non-refundable purchases

• Final sale items

• Delivery issues already covered under this policy

Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback activity will result in:

• Permanent banning from Million Los Angeles

• Submission of evidence to payment processors

• Potential legal action where applicable

We maintain detailed shipping records, delivery confirmations, and customer communication logs to dispute chargebacks aggressively.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROOF OF DELIVERY

• An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.

• Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

• Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes full and successful fulfillment of the order by Million Los Angeles.

7. STORE CREDIT POLICY

Where applicable, store credit:

• Is non-transferable

• Has no cash value

• Cannot be redeemed for refunds

• May have an expiration date at our discretion

8. POLICY ABUSE

Million Los Angeles reserves the right to:

• Deny service

• Cancel future orders

• Refuse replacements or credits

for customers exhibiting:

• Repeated claims

• Suspicious behavior

• Abuse of shipping guarantees

9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Million Los Angeles reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
